Ministries

Sts. Peter & Paul is an active and thriving church community. There are many opportunities for our parishioners to become involved. We rely on our many volunteers who have already responded to their call to ministry. We sincerely thank them for their unselfish giving.

All of our parishioners are invited to pray and listen for their own call to ministry.
Enhance your own spiritual experience by ministering and being of service to others.

A brief summary of each ministry can be viewed from each of the selections below.
Please contact the Parish Office if you are interested or for more information.

Initial and follow-up training is required.

MINISTERS OF THE WORD or LECTORS proclaim the Word of God during weekday, weekend and Holy Day liturgies. Anyone who wishes to become a lector must possess the ability to read well in public and proclaim God's Word effectively. Training and ongoing support is provided.

ALTAR SERVERS assist the priest and deacon during weekend and Holy Day liturgies. Boys and girls, third grade and older, are invited to become altar servers. Initial training sessions are required.

The MUSIC MINISTRY enhances the assembly's full and active participation at parish liturgical celebrations.
